Started in production assembling model III ev's by hand using with power tools everything from motor mounts, electrical harness, to AC compressors, see linkedin description. Drove operational improvements and QA strategy for Tesla Model 3 production. Led root-cause analysis across 150 stations, implemented KPI dashboards, and facilitated OKR alignment between engineering and operations. Created CPI (custom production indicators) and automated reporting flows. Regularly presented insights to senior leadership and played a hands-on role in production safety and diagnostics.

Managed warehouse logistics in the wine & spirits industry, including inventory tracking, forklift operations, and global freight coordination.
